We are a minority-woman owned and operated solutions provider. We have over 100 years of experience in higher education, teaching, training and business leadership. Most of those years were spent trying to find ways to help teachers become more effective in the classroom. Over the years we noticed that many of the problems at community/technical colleges were at a higher level in the organization. We saw that no matter how much experience a new executive had, and no matter what functional path he or she had taken to arrive at the "top," they always seemed to lack somewhere they could go for a second opinion, help with a decision, or just a sounding board to work with.
